Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said at approximately 1:45 p.m. officers contacted the intoxicated 64-year-old after he refused to leave a bathroom stall at Safeway in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The man was asked several times by employees and officers to leave the property, however he still refused and allegedly threatened officers.

He was taken into custody. Bail was set at $1,250.
