Celebration of Literacy’s Valentines for Vets event has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 12th.

It will take place at the Boys and Girls Club, on Northeast Cedar Street in Roseburg from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event was earlier postponed due to weather issues.
