Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Thursday.
An RPD report said at 5:45 p.m. officers responded after a caller said a disorderly man was jumping into traffic and yelling incoherently near the intersection of Southeast Fowler Street and Southeast Douglas Avenue.
Officers contacted a 32-year-old who matched the description, walking nearby. The suspect was walking in the roadway and screaming at vehicles. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
