Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited outdoor burning on Thursday night.

An RPD report said just after 10:00 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year-old underneath the Washington Street Bridge in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. She was near a small bundle of sticks that had been lit on fire. The woman admitted to starting the fire. She was released after being issued a citation.
