WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MOUNTAIN AREAS OF SOUTHERN OREGON

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4:00 p.m. Thursday through 10:00 a.m. Friday for mountain areas in parts of southern Oregon.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said snow is expected with accumulations of between 5 and 10 inches.

The Advisory area includes the southern Oregon Cascades. It applies to Diamond Lake, Crater Lake and Highway 140 at Lake of the Woods.
