ROSEBURG POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH FORGERY

Roseburg Police charged a man with forgery on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. officers contacted 39-year-old Bryan Zivanovic at the Douglas County Jail after he was allegedly found to have forged checks from St. Joseph’s Church in the 700 block of West Stanton Street. Zivanovic was also found to be tied to other fraudulent charges made from the church’s account.

He was charged with first and second-degree counts of forgery, three counts of computer crimes and first-degree theft. Along with other charges he was already being held for, Zivanovic was detained on $60,000 bail.

No further details were released by RPD.
