Roseburg Police arrested a woman on a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine early Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 5:45 a.m. officers contacted the 32-year-old who was allegedly passed out inside her vehicle at the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Exchange Avenue. The woman stated she was anxious over an argument with a family member and pulled over.
While talking with her, officers reportedly observed a bindle with suspected methamphetamine in the door handle. The suspect drug was seized. It weighed approximately 1.67 grams and field tested as positive for meth.
