Roseburg Police cited two people for city ordinance violations on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. officers contacted a 39-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman at their camps in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street.

The man’s camp had a small fire pit. He was cited for prohibited camping and outdoor burning. The woman was contacted outside her camp while she was drinking a beer. She was cited for prohibited camping and drinking in public.

Each were released after their citations were issued.
