Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping after contacting him on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:10 a.m. the 36-year-old was found at a camp in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. His camp consisted of a large tent surrounded by various personal items including two bicycles and a large hunting blind. His camp was found to be in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance.

He was released after the citation was issued.
