Roseburg Police jailed a man for felony counts of probation violation and offensive littering on Tuesday.
An RPD report said at 2:15 p.m. the 71-year-old was called in after allegedly causing a disturbance at the property of a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.
He was also allegedly littering, and was drinking in public, which was a violation of his probation. The man’s probation violation officer requested that he be detained.
He was charged with depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and for two probation violations. The man was detained on $2,500 bail. He was cited for drinking in public.
