Sutherlin Police jailed a man for outstanding warrants after being contacted on Monday evening.

An SPD report said just before 10:30 p.m. the 36-year-old was detained in the 1000 block of East Central Avenue. During a search of the man, he was allegedly found to have over 10 grams of methamphetamine in his possession. He was charged with the warrants and a felony count of unlawful possession of meth. Bail was set at $42,500.
