Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. the 59-year-old was found camping outside in Riverside Park in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. His camp violated the time and place portions of the camping ordinance.

He was released after the citation was issued.
