Roseburg Police cited two people for offensive littering and prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:45 a.m. the 39-year-old woman and 44-year-man allegedly had their rolling mini home and wagon train set up blocking the entire sidewalk in front of a business in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. There was also a large amount of trash spread around the camp site, as well as cooking utensils and food.

The pair have been cited before near this same location and are aware of the camping ordinance. After receiving citations, the pair packed up their camp and moved along.
