Roseburg Police cited a man for a non-injury wreck on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:45 p.m. officers responded to the accident involving a sedan and an SUV at the intersection of Southeast Spruce Street and Southeast Washington Avenue. The investigation concluded that the driver of the SUV, a 63-year-old Days Creek man, merged his vehicle into the left lane on Washington Avenue without signaling, and collided with the sedan.

The driver that caused the accident was cited for driving uninsured, un-signaled lane change, and not having an operator license. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
