Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited outdoor burning on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. officers responded to abandoned trailers in the 900 block of Southeast Mill Street after firefighters went to the scene when a caller said there was a fire inside them.

Officers contacted the 52-year-old who was allegedly camping inside one of them. He admitted to lighting a fire and was released after he was issued a citation.
