Roseburg Police cited a man following a head on crash on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 6:45 p.m. the 23-year-old was attempting to turn left into the parking lot of a business near the intersection of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Medical Loop. He didn’t yield to a second driver who was heading north on Stewart Parkway.

The two-vehicles hit head on and blocked traffic in the intersection. The driver who caused the accident was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. No injuries were reported. The first vehicle was towed from the scene.
