Roseburg Police cited a woman Saturday for second-degree counts of theft and disorderly conduct.

An RPD report said at 2:30 a.m. the 35-year-old was contacted regarding a past theft case from a business in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The woman had reportedly pulled a fire alarm while her accomplice pushed out a shopping cart full of merchandise.

She was contacted in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street and was released after the citation was issued.
