A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect through 10:00 a.m. Thursday for parts of southern Oregon.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said visibility of one quarter mile or less in dense fog is expected.

The Advisory area includes central Douglas County and Josephine and Jackson counties.

Forecasters said low visibility could make driving conductions hazardous. Motorists should slow down and leave plenty of distance between their vehicle and the one ahead of them.
