Troopers with Oregon State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 42 and Strickland Canyon Road in the Tenmile area on Monday afternoon.

An OSP report said at 5:20 p.m. a sedan was waiting to turn left from Highway 42 onto Strickland Canyon Road. When a gap in traffic arrived, the driver of the sedan attempted to turn. A westbound pickup impacted the sedan directly on the passenger side. The impact forced the sedan into the ditch along the roadway.

The driver of the sedan stated that the pickup did not have its light on. The pickup driver could not remember if her lights were on or not. She said she could see regardless.
