Roseburg Police cited a man during a traffic stop on Monday night.

An RPD report said shortly after 7:00 p.m. the 30-year-old from Winchester was contacted near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Taft Drive. The woman was a suspect in a previous theft case from Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. She admitted to stealing merchandise from the store and gave the merchandise back to officers during the traffic stop.

The woman was cited and released on a charge of third-degree theft.
