Detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested an alleged drug dealer on multiple charges on Friday, January 3rd.
DINT Commander Lieutenant Rick McArthur said through an ongoing investigation, detectives uncovered information that 30-year-old Ryan Heaven of Glendale was in a parking lot of a business in the 1400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg, allegedly waiting to complete a drug deal. McArthur said at about 4:00 p.m. detectives located Heaven and detained him.
A search of the man reportedly revealed approximately 40 suspected Clonazepam pills and a user amount of suspected methamphetamine. Heaven was charged with unlawful possession and delivery of a schedule-IV controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit a class B felony. He was detained on $100,000 bail.
