No one was hurt when a vehicle rolled on Interstate 5 near the Rice Hill summit on Wednesday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said shortly before 4:30 p.m. the sedan was traveling southbound on the freeway. It left the roadway, going onto the shoulder, continuing off the roadway and impacting a rock bank.

The vehicle traveled up the bank at an angle, before beginning to roll. The driver, a 63-year-old woman from Williams, estimated that the vehicle rolled four times. The driver thought she might have fallen asleep. The woman was evaluated but did not require medical attention. The driver was able to acquire a ride from friends.
