Sutherlin Police jailed a man following an alleged trespass incident early Monday.
An SPD report said at 12:15 a.m. the 21-year-old was allegedly camping on business property in the 100 block of Myrtle Street. He reportedly would not leave after being contacted by officers.
He was found to have been permanently trespassed from that location in the past. His parole officer authorized a detainer, and the man was taken into custody. On the way to corrections, he reportedly urinated in the back of the patrol vehicle and said he did so on purpose.
The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
