Roseburg Police jailed a man for a DUII incident early Christmas morning.

An RPD report said at 2:20 a.m. the 47-year-old was stopped for multiple traffic violations at the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Roberts Avenue. The man allegedly showed signs of impairment. He consented to standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. The man was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited for driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured and failure of a previous violator to file. His vehicle was impounded from the scene.

The man was detained without bail.
