Roseburg Police cited a man for reckless driving late Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 5:30 p.m. officers witnessed a pickup driven by a man, fishtail while turning onto Northwest Stewart Parkway from Northwest Harvey Avenue. The vehicle lost control and crashed into the fence at the Umpqua Valley Tennis Center.

The driver was released after the citation was issued.
