Roseburg Police cited a man for DUII and reckless driving on Christmas evening.

An RPD report said at 8:40 p.m. officers responded to a crash in the 1600 block of Northwest Dogwood Street. Officers arrived and contacted the 61-year-old man on scene who admitted to being the driver of the SUV involved.

The man reportedly crashed his vehicle into two parked cars and showed signs of impairment. The driver allegedly performed poorly on the standard field sobriety tests that he could do. He informed officers that the medications he was on was making him feel impaired.

He was taken into custody before being released. His SUV was impounded.
