In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
Roseburg’s emerging live music scene continues to bloom with the arrival of The Rosebud Theatre, a new intimate music venue, in a historic downtown building at 663 Southeast Jackson Street.
The Rosebud Theatre has the motto, “Log Off, Tune In, Drop By” – promising to create meaningful connections through live music, contributing to the local cultural scene one performance at a time.
The grand opening weekend will feature:
*Friday, December 27th: Polyrhythmics bringing a sound that originated in Seattle’s underground deep funk scene. The 21 and over show will begin at 7:00 p.m.
*Saturday, December 28th: Local legends TOB – That Other Band will play with special guest Nathaniel Keller and will feature their mix of R&B, funk, Motown, and soul. The all ages show starts at 6:30 p.m.
