Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant after a traffic stop Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 11:40 p.m. made a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens Street for several traffic violations. Officers contacted the 50-year- old who returned with a Roseburg Municipal Court warrant for his arrest on a littering charge. The man’s vehicle was left with a friend at his request.
