Roseburg Police cited four people for prohibited camping on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:15 p.m. the group were contacted in their camps which were set up between Interstate 5 and Northwest Stewart Parkway, just south of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. The camps were set up in a prohibited area, during a prohibited time and in a prohibited manner.

All four people were cited and released on scene.
