Troopers with Oregon State Police jailed a fugitive on Monday night.

An OSP report said just after 9:15 p.m. troopers were dispatched to a single-vehicle non-injury crash on Highway 138W near mile post 18, about 6 miles west of Sutherlin. The accident had only very minor damage.

The driver of the vehicle returned with 2 warrants out of California. The warrants were extraditable and confirmed. The 27-year-old Oakland man was taken into custody. He was detained on $25,000 bail.
