Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. the 28-year-old was contacted while he was inside the Oregon Department of Human Services office in the 700 block of West Harvard Avenue. Officers learned the man had a parole warrant for absconding. Once it was confirmed the man was arrested and taken to corrections. He was detained without bail.
