Roseburg Police cited a woman Thursday for a prior hit and run incident.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. the 18-year-old turned herself in at the Public SafetyCenter on Southeast Douglas Avenue. The woman admitted that her vehicle hit a second vehicle on Tuesday near the intersection of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Harvey Avenue. The woman said she was reaching down to grab her phone, which she had dropped and the next thing she knew, she hit something.

She was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and was released.
