McArthur said at approximately 6:00 p.m. detectives located Wilmarth in the passenger seat of a vehicle in the parking lot.

Wilmarth was detained and allegedly found to be in possession of approximately .4 grams of suspected meth. He was taken to jail. During the booking process, a deputy reportedly located approximately 1.8 grams of suspected meth concealed on Wilmarth’s person.

Wilmarth was charged with unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine and for supplying contraband to a correctional facility. He was detained without bail and was released on Thursday.
