Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a man for a warrant on Wednesday night.

A DCSO report said at 11:20 p.m. a deputy received credible information that the 41-year-old was heading to Roseburg to sell a pickup, and knew the man said an unworked warrant out of the Roseburg Police Department. The suspect drove past the deputy on Interstate 5 about two miles south of Myrtle Creek. He was pulled over during a traffic stop and taken into custody.

The warrant had 12 charges and was detained on $15,000 bail. The man was released Thursday morning.
