Roseburg Public Library’s Winter Reading Program is underway.
A city release said, open to all ages, the program continues through the end of the year. A Roseburg Public Library card is not required to participate. Instructions and forms are located on the library’s website at; www.roseburgpubliclibrary.org. They are also available at the library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard.
