Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 12:50 p.m. the 58-year-old continued to go back on property he had been trespassed from in the 1700 block of Northeast Sunset Street. Officers contacted the man at a church nearby. He admitted that he went back on the property.

He was taken into custody on the charge of second-degree trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
