Roseburg Police have charged a man with second-degree theft following a prior alleged incident.

An RPD report said Sunday night just after 9:00 p.m. the 25-year-old was contacted at a location in the 100 block of Northwest Main Street in Winston after being identified as a suspect. The man was reportedly seen on security cameras stealing a meat grinder. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections where he was booked and released.
