Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive after an alleged break-in on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. several witnesses said they saw the 37-year-old breaking into a City of Roseburg vehicle in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas Avene and stealing items from the inside. A court bailiff chased the woman, later identified as Cayla Stuberg, and detained her across the street from the Roseburg Police Department.

Stuberg was charged with unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and two fugitive warrants. She was detained on $8,750 bail.
