Roseburg Police jailed a woman Monday evening, following ongoing theft investigations.

An RPD report said 27-year-old Cory Milner was identified as the suspect. Milner was allegedly stealing winches from Harbor Freight in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street and then selling them over Facebook Market Place.

Milner agreed to meet with officers in the Walmart parking lot, believing she was selling them a recently stolen winch.  When contacted, the woman had one of the winches in her possession.

She was charged with first-degree theft, attempted first-degree theft, and two counts of second-degree theft. Milner was also detained for a Linn County warrant. She was detained without bail.
