Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:00 p.m. officers contacted a 31-year-old after he was allegedly unlawfully entered a vehicle outside a business in the 2900 block of West Harvard Avenue. The man was reportedly lying under a blanket and told officers he was trying to get out of the cold weather. The man admitted to knowing he wasn’t given permission to be inside the vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident.

Bail was set at $1,250.
