Roseburg Police cited 3 people for prohibited camping between Friday morning and Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said the contacts were made at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street, and in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street. All those contacted were determined to be in violation of at least one portion of the time, place and manner ordinance. They were released after being issued a citation.
