Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering on Friday morning.

An RPD report said just before 9:00 a.m. officers contacted the 39-year-old at her camp near a store in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The woman reportedly had several items strewn about the ground and her camp resembled a small landfill.

She was released after the citation was issued.
