Roseburg Police cited a woman for an alleged theft incident on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said just before 7:30 p.m. officers contacted the 28-year-old after she allegedly walked out of WinCo Foods in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, with an armful of items.  The items were recovered, and the woman was cited for third-degree theft before being released.
