Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 7:30 a.m. officers contacted the 40-year-old while he was walking on the railroad tracks near the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The man reportedly refused to get off the tracks after being asked multiple times. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and detained without bail. The man was released Thursday morning.
