Roseburg Police cited a man Monday for a prior sexual harassment incident.

An RPD report said on October 19th, the 50-year-old allegedly harassed a female by placing his mouth on an intimate part of her body at a public event, without her consent. Monday at 1:00 p.m. the man turned himself in at the Public Safety Center on Southeast Douglas Avenue, in regard to the aforementioned incident.

He was cited for sexual harassment and then was released.
