OVER 58 PERCENT OF COUNTY BALLOTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED

Over 58 percent of county ballots have been received for the 2024 Douglas County November Presidential General Election, as of Monday evening.

County Clerk Daniel Loomis said 52,499 ballots have been turned in. Loomis said that lags 13.09 percent behind the participation rate for the same point in the previous 2020 Douglas County November Presidential General Election.

Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. is the election deadline. Voters can use one of the 15 official ballot drop sites and be assured their ballot will be received and counted.
