VEHICLE ROLLS IN WEDNESDAY NIGHT WRECK IN THE DRAIN AREA

Troopers with the Oregon State Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash in the eastbound lane of Highway 38, two miles west of Drain on Wednesday night.

An Oregon State Police report said it took place just before 8:00 p.m. The driver allegedly showed signs of impairment and refused to perform standard field sobriety tests. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicant and reckless driving. He was released after being cited.
