MYRTLE CREEK MAN JAILED FOR WARRANT

A Myrtle Creek man was jailed for a warrant on Tuesday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 9:40 p.m. the 72-year-old was stopped for traffic violations at a business in the 200 block of Grant Smith Road. Dispatch informed the deputy that the driver had a misdemeanor warrant, which was confirmed. Bail was set at $300.
