Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 2:30 p.m. the 40-year-old had his tent set up on the multi-use path in the 200 block of Northeast Rowe Street. His tent blocked part of the path, prohibiting vehicles from passing by. His camp was in a prohibited area and set up during a prohibited time.

The man was released on the scene.
