Nearly 12 percent of local ballots have been returned in the 2024 Douglas County November Presidential General Election, as of late Wednesday afternoon.

County Clerk Daniel Loomis said 11.51 percent, or 10,323 ballots have been received. Loomis said that lags 1.77 percent behind the participation rate for the same point in the 2020 Douglas County November Presidential General Election.
